Once a package leaves Bibbidi HQ, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us with your tracking number & which courier your package was shipped with.
If during the delivery process your package becomes lost in transit, or your package is marked delivered and you do not have it, your next step will be filing a claim with the shipping courier.

If you need your shipment confirmation email resent, or a copy of the total value of your package, please Contact Us.
Provide as much detail as possible if you believe a package was never delivered - Ring camera footage is especially helpful, as well as times you were home and waiting to receive a package.
Unfortunately once a package has left our facility, we are no longer able to assist - claims must be filed with the postal service. All Bibbidi packages are insured and the postal service will be able to assist.
