Once you have an active subscription, you may log in to your Bibbidi account and modify the details of your subscription. To log in - navigate to bibbidiboxes.com, then select the person icon at the top right of the page (circled in red).

 

Here you can:

  • Change the gender
  • Change the fandom and/or price point
  • Update payment information
  • Update your shipping address
  • Skip or unskip your next renewal
  • Cancel your subscription

 

NOTE - changes made after your renewal will not go in to effect until the next renewal processes. If you are requesting to make changes to your current subscription (before your box ships in the current month), then you will need to Contact Us. Please allow three business days for a response.

STEP ONE: Logging In

After entering your information, select the blue order number of the subscription you'd like to modify.

From there, you will click the purple button marked 'Manage Subscription'

 

 

STEP TWO: Pause or Un-Pause Your Subscription

Here is where you can either Pause or Resume your subscription.

Pausing a subscription will apply to all future renewals - if you have an active box for that month, you will still receive that box. 

If you are making a different modification, select the purple 'See more details' button. 

 

STEP THREE: Changing Details

On this next screen is where you can modify your current subscription gender, price point, fandom, t-shirt size, and favorite characters. 

 

 

Select Edit to change the gender, price point, and/or type of box you receive (mystery or fully customized).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Selecting Swap Product will also let you change the gender, price point, and/or type of box you receive (mystery or fully customized) - but with pictures.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select View More to update your T-Shirt Size and favorite characters. 

 

 

 

 

STEP FOUR: Update your Address or Payment Information

To update your shipping address and/or payment information for future renewals, scroll down and look towards the right of the page. 

 

 

 

Here you can edit your shipping address on file for all future renewals. 

If you need to update your address for this month's box, please Contact Us.

We will do our best to accommodate address changes for the current month's shipment cycle but please let us know ASAP as it is not guaranteed. 

 

You can also edit your payment details here for all further renewals. 

 

 

 

 

STEP FIVE: Cancelling Your Subscription

At the bottom of this page is a place to either Pause or Cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any point here without fee, and we appreciate you giving us a try! 

Please note this will apply to all future renewals - your subscription will be cancelled and you will not be charged again. You will receive any boxes that you have already paid for. 

 

If you wish to cancel an order for the current month, please understand we order our inventory based on current subscriptions and can not accommodate cancellations once a renewal has gone through. If you'd like to discuss, Contact Us here and we will review on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or late cancellation fee in line with industry standards.
